Dave Aftandilian I always welcome new Windkey releases, because Evergreen has a great ear for sounds that can help us look at the world in new ways. Dusklight’s album beautifully evokes the wavering quality of a mirage glimpsed out of the corners of your eyes: looked at too closely, it dissolves; but studied peripherally, it almost becomes real. If we could bring this same sort of playful, distracted attention to bear on other aspects of our lives, who knows how many wonders we might discover?

justwintersynth This was absolutely beautiful. I had no idea about McBride’s passing, but Stars of the Lid is one of my favorite ambient projects of all time. Of Serendipity is a wonderful tribute to them and the beauty of their work. Thank you for this release. Hope to catch the next round of tapes. Favorite track: ...of Serendipity....
